This is clearly the best choice, it works without driver installation and so for all platforms (Window/Mac/Linux). It includes a speaker and microphone and so you can easily bring it with you while traveling. It could also be used with external speakers in case of a larger local audience.

It works very well for Windows. For Mac, the usually build-in camera (or the old firewire InSight camera) works fine. For Linux, you need to have UVC driver installed http://linux-uvc.berlios.de/ and then you can use the webcam with v4l2.
